Exchange, return, shipping and cancellation policy

Here are some details regarding AMNKTECH’s exchange, return, shipping and cancellation policy, and the customer acknowledges his full approval of them before making the purchase from the website.

1. Exchange and return policy.
– Our return and exchange policy is within three days from the date you receive the product.
– In order to replace or return the product, you must have the original invoice for the purchase.
– Products that have manufacturing defects are not exchanged or returned.
– In order to complete the exchange or return process, the product must be wrapped, in its original condition, and unused.
– When you return or exchange the product, the customer will bear the product shipping fees back and forth.
– The amount is returned to the customer after the product reaches us and confirms its condition, then the amount is transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.
– When replacing a product with a second product, the amount of the difference between the previous product and the new product is transferred, in addition to shipping fees.
– The promotional offer associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition, or the value of the promotional offer will be deducted.
– Purchases paid with vouchers, credit cards, or by installment purchases cannot be returned in cash.

2. When is a refund not possible?
– The customer requests to return the product after the end of the time frame specified for the return process, which is three days from the date of receiving the product.
– If the product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition.
– If the product was purchased with discount vouchers or points.
– In the event that any part of the shipment received by the customer, including price tags, stickers, original packaging, free gifts and accessories, is lost.
Products with missing or tampered serial numbers.
– In the event that the purchased product is software licenses made at the customer’s desire or designs made at his request.

3. Warranty and manufacturer defects
– The guarantee on the products is the guarantee of the agent and is in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– The replacement process must be completed for products with manufacturing defects, or they must be in their original condition without scratches and complete with all accessories and usage manuals.
– To complete the replacement process for products with manufacturing defects, a report must be obtained from the authorized maintenance agent prior to the replacement process.
– In the event that the product has software licenses, the warranty is with the manufacturer, and “AMNK” is not responsible for the warranty of those software or licenses required by the customer.
– The special designs required by the customer are outside the guarantee circle because they were made at his request.

4. Shipping policy
Shipping time varies according to the following points.

– The delivery time is from four to five working days and varies according to each region.
Shipments that we receive are processed the next day after the customer’s request.

5. Cancellation Policy
– The customer can cancel the order within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of ordering the product from the site, and if the product has been delivered for shipment, the customer will bear the shipping costs back and forth to “AMNK”.
– In the event that the product was shipped after the customer requested to cancel the shipment, the original amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting the shipping amount and any other administrative fees.
AMNK reserves the right to cancel any purchase order without charging the customer any shipping costs and refunding the original amount of the purchase in the following cases:
• The customer provided incorrect data such as the delivery address or contact number, or the inability to reach the customer according to the shipping and delivery policy.
• In the event that the product requested by the customer is not available.
